What if I trade my vehicle?
When you have our extended protection plan, you will have peace
of mind throughout the ownership of your vehicle. You will enjoy all
of the benefits offered through the plan while you still own the
vehicle. If you decide to trade in your vehicle, simply call us and
we will calculate a prorated refund. The refund is based on mileage
and the amount of time the policy was in force, minus $25
cancellation fee. Your refund can be used as a deposit for coverage
on your new vehicle. This ensures you will always be protected.

What if I sell my car?
An extended service plan enhances the value of any automobile;
therefore it is a great feature for anyone who is going to sell
their vehicle. The agreement is transferable to the new owner of
your vehicle. It gives the buyer peace of mind and makes the selling
process easier, because with the cost of repairs increasing, the
buyer of your vehicle will realize the value of the coverage.

5
What is the difference between the four programs you offer?
Each of the four plans is custom tailored to meet your level of
comfort with covered componants.

|
6
Do your programs cover "wear and tear"?
Yes, all of our programs will protect your vehicle when a part
has worn beyond the manufacturer's tolerance. The program does not
cover items such as brake pads or brake rotors. It is important for
you to understand the difference between the term "wear and tear"
and "normal wear items".

7
When does my extended service plan begin and expire?
On vehicles that are less than 36 months old and have less than 36,000 miles, our
Ford ESP contracts will expire in three, four, five or six years
from the in-service date (when the vehicle was purchased for the
very first time), or when your vehicle's odometer displays the total
mileage of the program you selected. The mileage of the plan
selected is the total odometer miles at which the plan expires. For
example, a 6 year / 100,000-mile program would expire in 6 years
from the vehicle in-service date or when your odometer displays
100,000 miles.
* Be aware of other companies that offer contracts that begin the
date of purchase. That means you could only buy a contract at the
termination point of the original manufacturer’s warranty, or else
you will overlap on coverage. Additionally, since vehicle service
contracts expire based upon term or mileage, what's the sense of
having a policy that gives you 6 years of additional coverage when
your mileage will only carry you through 3? You’re paying for the
excess term!

What is the procedure if I have a claim on my vehicle?
We make the repair process simple. If your vehicle breaks down or
is in need of a repair, take it or have it towed to any licensed
repair facility and present your service agreement to the Service
Department. After they diagnose the problem with the vehicle, they
will call our claims administrator toll-free and receive repair
authorization for all your covered repairs less a deductible. All
claims are paid directly to the repair facility of your choice with
a corporate credit card. Therefore, you do not have to pay for your
repair and wait to get reimbursed. It is that simple.

How does FordESPWarranty.com offer such complete coverage at such an affordable price?
We are able to offer this comprehensive coverage at such an
affordable price for several reasons. First, we are a Ford dealership.
Although our Ford ESP Vehicle Service Contracts are offered by many
dealerships Nationwide, FordESPWarranty.com offers Ford ESP at a higher
discount than dealerships will generally offer. Second, as with any major
company, we have the luxury of lowering our prices because of our high
volume of business. Finally, as an e-commerce business model, the internet
allows us to keep our operating margins low. Again, these savings are passed
on to you.

How can I be assured that my claims will be paid in the future?
It is important to know the company that is behind any plan you own.
Many third party warranty companies will not be around when it's time
to pay claims. Ford will be. Your claims are paid directly to the repair
facility of your choice with a corporate credit card, therefore, you do
not have to pay for your repair and wait to get reimbursed. This assures
you that your claims will be handled promptly and professionally.

11
Can you please explain to me how the deductible works?

a per item basis.

I have not had any problems with my vehicle to date. Do I really need an extended service plan?
Ford ESP provides peace of mind. Mechanical failure
is a reality and that is the main reason why the manufacturer only
warranties the vehicle for a certain period. As your vehicle gets
older and is driven more miles, it is more likely to experience
mechanical failure. Additionally, there are many components such as
computer related items that can fail regardless of your driving
habits. Depending on what kind of vehicle you own, we believe it is
a good investment to pay between 25 cents and 75 cents a day for
full coverage.

13
Do I have to pay for the plan all at one time or do you have other payment options?
We offer Ford ESP at the lowest price possible. Companies that offer a "free"
payment plan pass the cost of the plan onto you as a higher premium. We accept
payment by credit card. If you make payments to your credit card company, it
may cost you less than a "frre" financing option.

additional cost our Roadside Assistance Program. It includes:
24-hour / 365 days a year emergency road service, towing assistance,
flat tire assistance, battery assistance, emergency gasoline

My vehicle is still under the manufacturer's warranty. Why should I purchase an extended service plan now?
It is advantageous to enroll your vehicle in an extended service
plan while it is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
First, as the vehicle's mileage increases, so does the overall cost
of a new warranty. Warranties that are purchased after the original warranty
expires are much more expensive than buying one now.

16
If my vehicle is out of the manufacturer's warranty can I still get coverage?
Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for any Ford ESP plan. Your only
alternative is one of the many third party warranty companies that may be

What happens if my dealer does not want to accept the nationwide Ford ESP plan?
There is no reason why your dealership would not accept our
policy. We pay retail price and retail labor for all covered
repairs. The cost of the repair is determined by both The Chilton
and Mitchell parts and labor guides. These are the same pricing
guides that your dealership uses and is the standard in the
industry. A dealership will gladly accept the additional business we
give them. All claims are paid directly to the repair facility of
your choice with a corporate credit-card, therefore, you do not have
to pay for your repair and wait to get reimbursed.

What is the "original manufacturer's warranty"?
The "original manufacturer's warranty" period is defined as the
initial full warranty that is provided for a new vehicle by the
manufacturer. This is commonly referred to as the "bumper to bumper"
warranty. The "original manufacturer's warranty" does not include
any extended warranties purchased, any used car warranties issued by
the dealer at the time of purchasing the vehicle, or any
manufacturer's powertrain warranty.
